The wireless Vantage Pro2 Plus is a research-grade weather station that includes all the features of the Vantage Pro2, plus UV and solar radiation sensors. Vantage Pro2 Plus provides accurate, reliable weather monitoring with real-time data updates every 2.5 seconds. The sensor suite's outside temperature and humidity sensors are housed in a 24-hour Fan-Aspirated Radiation Shield for maximum accuracy. Vantage Pro2 Plus boasts an industry-leading transmission range of 1,000/300 m from the sensor suite to an optional WeatherLink Console (6313), EnviroMonitor IP Gateway (6805), or WeatherLink Live (6100).

I love this station. I have owned Davis Instrument stations since the mid 90's, and have found them to be incredibly reliable, accurate, and problem free. This unit has everything one could wish for in a weather station, and I expect it to give out reliable, accurate data for many years to come. The set-up was easy, as always.
