Refund policy
Our primary goal is to support our customers, and we offer simple and convenient returns. However, the best return is the one you don't need to make, so please reach out to us by phone or email before placing an order if you have questions about our products.
We have a 30-day domestic return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please be aware that International orders (shipped outside of the US) are final and not eligible for return.
If you received the wrong item, the goods were damaged in transit or the items are defective in any way, please give our team a call immediately upon receiving the goods so we can make it right.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and uninstalled and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase such as the order number and date of purchase.

Return Shipping:
A UPS Return Label will be available to ship the item(s) back. Please be aware that the cost of the return shipping will be retained against the final refund amount unless waived by a member of our team depending on the return circumstances. You may send us a return via a shipping courier and service of your choice, however any incurred costs will not be reimbursed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Restocking:
Up to a 20% restocking fee may be assessed and retained against any returned items. We will waive this fee if the return payment is processed as a store credit, or if you place another order to exchange the returned product(s.)

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Products that have been custom-built or programmed with your information may not be eligible for return. This includes permanent installation lightning detectors and customized weather stations. When in doubt, give our team a call to discuss options. Due to traceability requirements and performance guarantees, we cannot accept returns on Natural Latex Weather Balloons. Gift Cards & Store Credit are not eligible for return.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the goods have not yet shipped, did not arrive or were damaged in transit.
International orders (shipped outside of the US) are final and not eligible for return. Please be aware of all import requirements in your country and provide all necessary Customs/ Tax information during checkout to streamline your delivery. Any items that are abandoned, confiscated or destroyed by local import or customs offices are not eligible for return or refund.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refund Payments:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days or issued a store credit. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
