Shipping policy

We pride ourselves on offering lightning fast order fulfillment, affordable shipping options and high quality packaging. Our default/ standard shipping service is UPS Ground, however expedited shipping options are available with UPS and USPS. All items that are shipped for free will be shipped with UPS Ground, UPS Ground Saver, USPS Priority Mail or USPS Ground Advantage. Expedited shipping is available for all products, but please give our team a call to confirm our stock levels, any lead time and estimated time in transit if you have a firm need-by date.

All items that are in stock will ship within one business day, Monday-Friday 9:30am-5pm EST. In many cases, you will receive a tracking number within a matter of minutes. This is not automated, and we have actually already pulled and packed your order.
Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as soon as we generate a label, however it may take a few hours for UPS/ USPS to receive the package and for the tracking to update. 

Please input your address clearly and carefully at checkout, and double check that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Your phone number and email may be shared with shipping carriers to finalize delivery in case of any exceptions. We cannot alter the shipping address after an order has left the building. Redirect services may be available for a fee, but this is not a guaranteed option for all shipping services.

Scientific Sales will, at our discretion, alter the chosen shipping service if a more reliable, faster or comparable service is available. We will never elect to use a slower, cheaper or less reliable service to save costs.

Expedited shipping (Overnight, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, Express and Priority) is available for all in-stock products. Some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer, so please give our team a call if you have a very firm need-by date and want to confirm that an item will ship in time. Please be aware of National holidays, weekends, and extreme weather events that may impact the time to ship and time in transit.
