The Davis Vantage Pro2 weather station is a research-grade weather station that provides professional-grade data for weather enthusiasts, researchers, growers, and weather professionals. It ensures accurate, reliable weather monitoring with real-time data updates every 2.5 seconds. The outside temperature and humidity sensors are housed in a 24-hour Fan Aspirated Radiation Shield for maximum accuracy.

24-Hr Fan Aspirated Radiation Shield (Included)

The 24-Hr Fan Aspirated Radiation Shield protects temperature sensors from solar radiation and radiated or reflected heat sources. The constant fan circulates ambient air over the temperature probe, increasing the overall accuracy.

• A temperature probe placed in the direct sun, or where it is exposed to a radiant heat source such as a building or concrete will not provide accurate air temperature readings
  
• Multi-plate construction for maximum airflow
• May be mounted on a metal pipe or wood surface
