Good phone support, never received email reply

I was considering the purchase of 4 weather balloons and wanted to make sure they were right for my application. I emailed sales, and three days later had no response. I called sales and had a very knowledgeable person answer all my questions. I ended up ordering the balloons, but it would have been nice to get some sort of email response.
