The KTA-402 BACnet MS/TP Weather Station Gateway is a BACnet MS/TP version of our KTA-282 Modbus Weather Station Gateway, designed to handle building automation demands.

The KTA-402 BACnet MS/TP Weather Station Gateway connects a Davis Instruments Weather Station to a BACnet MS/TP network, specifically built to meet the needs of building automation systems.

This gateway provides a simple way to integrate your BACnet network with one of the following Davis weather stations:

• Cabled Vantage Pro 2
• Cabled Vantage Pro 2 Plus
• Wireless Vantage Pro 2
• Wireless Vantage Pro 2 Plus

The gateway connects to the weather station's console via the Davis WeatherLink cable (Weather Link for Vantage Pro Serial) and becomes part of the BACnet network. This enables your SCADA system or other BACnet devices on the network to monitor and take action based on data such as wind speed, wind direction, temperature, and more.
