Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

As long as your order has not been delivered or shipped, we are more than happy to cancel your order. Please contact us with your order number and we'll discuss cancellation options.

Please note that instruments that are calibrated prior to purchase may incur a restocking fee if calibration services have already been performed.

Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

Every product we carry has an estimated lead time below the price. Many of our products are in stock in our warehouse and will ship immediately within a few business hours of your purchase.

We ship primarily via UPS Ground, UPS Ground Saver and USPS Priority Mail, with deliveries to all CONUS addresses in 1-5 business days. Expedited shipping is available at checkout, but please be aware that the lead time will generally not be faster with expedited shipping. If you have a firm need-by date, please give our team a call at 609-844-0055 to discuss.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship worldwide with discounted UPS shipping rates. For international orders, please provide any relevant Tax numbers at the time of checkout to expedite customs clearance.

Please note that import duties and taxes are not assessed at the time of purchase and typically are calculated by your local customs import office. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address, phone number and email so that your local customs office can finalize payment of duties and finalize delivery.

It is also your responsibility to be familiar with your local laws, policies and regulations when purchasing instrumentation or accessories.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 3 days from when we receive the item(s).
