Good phone support, never received email reply February 15, 2016 Reviewer: Brian Pearce from Boerne, TX United States   I was considering the purchase of 4 weather balloons and wanted to make sure they were right for my application. I emailed sales, and three days later had no response. I called sales and had a very knowledgeable person answer all my questions.
